All Suits secrets in a row: did you know this?

On weekends, you can catch me binge-watching at least eight episodes of Suits. Mainly because of the disgustingly arrogant, sexy lawyer Harvey and his cheeky grin. Thanks to Harvey, I go to bed later and later, I probably don't need to explain that to you. But even I, as a die-hard Suits fan, still encounter surprises. So it's time for a list of amazing fun facts.

Did you already know these 11 Suits facts?

1. Patrick J. Adams (you know, hottie Mike) is not only an actor but also an incredibly good photographer with more than 25 cameras. Just pay attention when they film in Rachel's office. Almost all the photography hanging there is done by Patrick. He is here also on Insta.

2. Rick Hoffman (the always amazing Louis Litt) is allergic to cats. You wouldn't say it, but the poor guy almost lost it during the scenes he had to shoot with his beloved fluffball Bruno. Without inhalers and EpiPens on set, he couldn't even shoot the scenes.

3. Did you know that the name ‘Specter’ is an anagram for the word respect?

4. I already told you earlier Suits was not filmed in New York at all. The only episode shot in The Big Apple is the pilot. The rest of all the Pearson/Hardman/Specter lawyer adventures? All filmed in Toronto. The deception.

5. I know Tom Ford makes a lot of beautiful things, but now that I read that the man is responsible for almost all the sexy suits of the men in the series, he climbs even higher on the ladder of hotness. The women in the series also wear only the crème de la crème: Dior, Victoria Beckham, Zac Posen, and Burberry. Where could I apply?

6. The reason Patrick (who previously only played small roles) was asked for the hit series? According to the creators, it was his eyes. They supposedly radiated excessive intelligence. The link with the hyper-intelligent Mike Ross with a photographic memory was quickly made.

7. Did you already know that assistant Claire Bowden (played by Troian Bellisario) is actually engaged to Patrick J. Adams (Mike) in real life? And I secretly hope that Mike and Rachel will eventually become a real couple.

8. The chemistry between Donna and Harvey in the series is palpable, but that's not too surprising since Gabriel Macht and Sarah Rafferty have been good friends in real life for over twenty years. Gabriel even came up with the idea to ask Sarah for the role of Donna.

9. The series almost had a completely different name: ‘A Legal Mind’. Later it was decided that ‘Suits’ is much catchier.

10. The role of Jessica Pearson was actually written for a man. But writer and producer Aaron Korsh decided to go for badass Gina Torres to add a strong girlboss to the series.
