COME OUT FROM BEHIND YOUR DESK A FEW TIMES A DAY FOR A LITTLE MOVEMENT
This is an order!
I as “the healthiest girl” from Amayzine don't really get involved with all the rolls of cookies and packs of green frogs that are dragged in here daily, no, I rather offer some of my own homemade light bakes or give ideas for what they could cook that evening. And since we sit on our butts all day, I sometimes demand a 7-minute workout. Not everyone dares to join in, but that will come later.
I turn my app on that indicates what exercises we need to do. Sometimes I come up with a different task or realize that crunches on the hard floor are quite painful, so I change that exercise into another round of squats. Look, I'm not saying you'll get a killer body from those 7 minutes, but it definitely gets you out of the slump and it has a bit of a team-building aspect. So, take off your shoes, start the 7 minutes workout app or just grab a stopwatch and do an exercise for 30 seconds. Then 10 seconds of rest and then another 30 seconds of an exercise. Do you get it?
Really, get off your chair, otherwise you'll become a terribly dull old tart.
