Claire Slootheer. Girlfriend of Amayzine and already here here and here on the site, but now especially incredibly pregnant and that made my heart skip a little. You know me. Claire has pretty much invented partying and knows the coolest spots in the city. I think it will be tough to get used to not having her around for a while, but luckily she will have time to share her restaurant tips with us.

Where in the world is your favorite restaurant?

‘Chateau Marmont!’

And who would you really like to have dinner with? It can be anyone.

‘My beloved obviously has to come along, but after that I would really love to have dinner with Kate Moss and then go to a pub or party with her.’

Do you have an anti-hangover tip?

‘Sure. Alka Seltzer effervescent tablets. Just dissolve one in water when you get home from partying and then another one in the morning. No more problems.’

Where in a restaurant do you prefer to sit?

‘I prefer to sit outside when the weather is nice, otherwise I really don’t mind.’

What do you always hope is on a menu?

‘Bread with butter on the side, haha.’

Do you find your way on the wine list?

‘Not really. I usually leave that to others. I usually decide on the drinks once we’re done eating.’

‘Starter.’

What fun project are you currently working on?

‘Planning our annual Iconic Studios team outing to Ibiza. That’s not until the end of September, but the anticipation has already started.’
