For a few days now, I have been the personal coach of our Kiek. As soon as colleagues walk by with packs of cookies, sweets, and other treats, I give Kiek a sort of corrective look. Not for me, though, I actually think Kiki looks quite fab. For herself, she wants to look good on Jan Thiel in November.
So I place a cucumber on her desk daily, help her with spreading her lunch (No, not that jar N., Kiek, a layer of hummus and a slice of chicken breast) and bring her snacks at 4 o'clock. As long as we are at work, everything goes fine. But then....

‘Because tonight I have a Netflix date with my bag of Bugles and that chef's hat (do you remember those tubes of cream cheese) Very old school, I can still see myself lying on the couch, cat on my lap and squeezing the Bugle tubes or straight into my mouth).
But we are really not going to do that, darling, I will arrange another date for you. You can also choose... It's just like Tinder.
Healthy dips:
Avocado dip; Mash an avocado, add sea salt, lemon juice, a clove of garlic, and a chili pepper. Done.
Spicy yogurt; Take four heaping tablespoons of Greek yogurt and stir in a teaspoon of harissa. Sprinkle with finely chopped coriander.
Black bean hummus: Take a can of black beans, a clove of garlic, a tablespoon of water, two tablespoons of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, a teaspoon of cumin, cayenne pepper, and sea salt. Put everything in the blender and mix until you get a creamy mass.
Pepper walnut dip; Put the following ingredients in a blender; A jar of peeled peppers (or for the kitchen novices among us, grill your own peppers and peel them), a handful of walnuts, two cloves of garlic, a teaspoon of smoked paprika, half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, half a teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of lemon, a tablespoon of maple syrup, a tablespoon of olive oil. Blend until you get a nice smooth mass. Favorite.
And those Bugles. Well, those Bugles are of course just very tasty. I'm okay with that. But not the whole bag right away, Kiek. If you really want to do it right. Then take raw vegetables, pieces of spelt crackers, rice cakes, or a breadstick.
