The extremely dangerous thing about having Simone Dernee on board is that she knows exactly my taste and sizes and always manages to find something that I like. Like the other day when we had lunch at Buffet van Odette. ‘There’s a vintage shop around the corner, May, and there’s a Chanel hanging there... If it fits you, you should buy it.’

So we hopped on our bikes and six minutes later the Chanel was in the bag. I wear it with a dark blue cardigan from Maje that I bought this summer in Paris. Black tights underneath (I think black and dark blue can be combined perfectly), a mid-height boot from Aquazzura and we’re all set. Oh yes, and the belt from Club Monaco to ‘keep everything together‘. Have a nice day.
