There she is, our fashion chief. Even in her most casual outfit, always Look of the Day-worthy. Let's first talk about the bag. She had her eye on it. It's from Jérôme Dreyfuss, the man behind Isabel Marant. His career in bag design started because all his Parisian girlfriends were disgusted by it-bags with flashy labels. As a result, they all walked around Le Marais with those cotton library bags, and Jérôme couldn't handle that. Et voilà, a bag label was born.

Furthermore, a leather shorts, a satin top, and a wedge heel (probably from Jérôme's partner, but I'm not entirely sure) and Simone is ready. Perfect outfit for the first day of the new year.
