This kind of clothing makes me long for autumn. It's wonderful, you know, to throw on a dress over your underwear for months and wear sandals underneath, but at some point, you do crave layers.

I scored this look from my friends at Pauw, one of my favorite stores because they have such beautiful pieces. Madeleine Pauw (I should say Mrs. Pauw) and her son Christiaan are truly masters in sourcing. From that exclusive Cathrine Hammel from Norway to Marni and Dries Van Noten. Or their own label from which this double-breasted, velour, and thus incredibly stylish jacket is made. The pants and top are from Sophie D’Hoore, a new love of mine.

Such a low crotch does call for a feminine styling (although you can of course also wear it perfectly with sneakers) so I do that with these pumps from Gucci that I bought at Shoebaloo. Bag! Almost forgot the bag. Jerôme Dreyfuss, the ideal bag if you want to look fashionable but not too styled. And it's also incredibly funny, here the evidence.
