‘It’s a wrap!’, as they beautifully say after a production is finished. And what a wonderful adventure it was with a laugh and a tear. We experienced amazing adventures in the most beautiful places. Evenings by the fireplace or in the pool, playing games, dancing, talking, and daydreaming about life… Not every day was sunny, but there were many. And a fantastic team that made ‘Songs of Life’ a reality. Three months with ten crew members in one house. You would think that over time irritations or annoyances would arise, but none of that happened.

In fact, lifelong friendships have formed. It was truly a celebration to live here together with all those wonderful Dutch people and a new cozy guest every week. They have since gone home and we will continue to enjoy the amazing Malibu for a while longer, but we will miss them tremendously. Fortunately, we have eight beautiful songs that, in my opinion, are already hits. We can’t wait to show and hear the result, but for that, we will be working hard on the editing this summer.
