ON TO THE TIGHTEST BODY EVER: THAT OF SYLVIE MEIS
Recently, I was talking with a friend about the perfect female body. We quickly ended up with Sylvie. Because that woman has an incredibly sexy body. It's not normal anymore. Slim, but still curvy. Refined, yet strong. That's what we all want.
My body is not strong. My body is lazy and wants to lounge on the couch and eat Oreo cookies. My body is not at all Sylvie-proof and therefore needs a good wake-up call. On Jet's advice, I'm really going to (Yes Jet, REALLY) do boot camp with a friend in the park this week. Of course, it fits perfectly within the diet framework, but mainly I want to focus on building muscles. And if Sylvie can do it, why can't I? Sylvie also had a full-figured body at the beginning of her career (think Costa!, think Sylvie in TMF)? After she married Rafael van der Vaart, she became significantly thinner. And once she became the face of Hunkemöller, she had to be completely tight in her skin.
I searched the depths of the internet and found the secrets of Sylvie's tight body:
– Sylvie Meis works out twice a week with her personal trainer.
She does one-legged squats (that's how she gets those tight peach-shaped buttocks) and push-ups. Additionally, she trains with a large ball and works on her abs that way.
– Don't think that this sports regime ends here. No, at home, Sylvie does her own exercises five times a week: 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength training.
– As for Sylvie's diet; candy, chips, and cookies are (unfortunately) excluded.
Healthy carbohydrates like rice, whole grain bread, and grains are allowed in moderation. If she has sweet cravings, she makes a healthy pancake with a banana and two eggs. A tip she got from a friend.
– Sylvie drinks green tea like crazy and avoids alcohol (except for the occasional party glass). Although that last point is something Syl, I would like to negotiate with you about.
