Blorange: the latest hair trend

Ombre, balayage, gray, dip-dye… The last few years our hair has been anything but boring. And this year there’s a new trend to brighten up the hair on your head again, because now we’re all going for the blorange look. Indeed, that stands for blonde + orange. I say: perfect already for King's Day, what do you think?

Hair stylist Alex Brownsell from Bleach London was allowed to use model Georgia May Jagger as a test case for the new color. How did that work? First, Georgia's blonde hair was dyed an (David) Bowie-like orange color. To ensure that the color would become lighter and look pastel orange, a red and a yellow rinse were also applied to the hair.

And voilà, thus Georgia transformed into a real lifesized cotton candy and I must secretly confess: I’m feeling it. Soon I’ll have to stop by our Rachel from The Building.
