All of Hollywood also swears by seaweed chips, leaves, drinks, and candies, because it works wonders for your body.

  • Seaweed contains a lot of zinc, magnesium, omega fatty acids, and antioxidants. A mouthful indeed, but these are all things that will make your skin glow.
