Exactly today her new single is out and it will be on repeat for the coming weeks, you understand. There will probably be a promotional tour planned and there are a lot of fans who only want Maan and so do we. Thank God it’s Friday, because we want to know everything.

Maan, tell us, how are you and how was your week?

‘Busy, we recorded a clip, I received my very first gold record for Perfect World, this afternoon I rehearsed for The Voice Kids, now I’m going to a performance and then quickly back to the studio.’

Your single, it’s coming out today! Are you nervous?

‘It’s always exciting when a new single comes out. This is only my second single. I’m very proud of it and hope everyone likes it.‘

What makes it different from Perfect World?

‘This record is produced by Jack $hirack and Project Money, so it has a very different sound, but it’s super cool.’

Is there a tour coming up? Are you going on stage?

‘There are a lot of performances in the agenda, so that’s already really awesome.’

And Saturday? Is that a sleep-in day or does a promotional tour start?

‘We start tonight at The Voice Kids and then we’ll visit a lot of radio stations and do TV promos. Fun, right?’

What does your ideal Sunday look like? Anything goes and money doesn’t matter.

‘Get up at 12, have a nice breakfast with the family, perform at the Ziggo Dome and then time travel to Bali and chill there.’

What time does the alarm go off on Monday?

‘No. I’m going to sleep in after the busy weekend.’
