The most beautiful house of Easterland

In the past, I made Easter sticks at school, baked little birds at home with currants as eyes, and decorated branches with garlands and yellow chicks. Yes, I was quite Easter-involved and even now I still succumb to everything that is even a little Easter-proof at HEMA. Meanwhile, my house is completely black and white and pastel stuff is actually quite forbidden. Oh well, it doesn't have to be so drastic. But with a few small things, you can really make the house spring cozy. Easter has never been so much fun.

Garlands and balloons

Just do a little search search on Pinterest for Easter and you will really only come across pastel interiors. Now, painting a wall might be a bit drastic, but garlands are just as fun, brighten things up a bit, and you can take them down when you get tired of them. I-de-al. And of course, it's even more fun to make them yourself, so cut out bunnies from different types of paper or craft pom-poms from wool if you have some lying around. Or make them from old sweaters. I mean: it's Easter, it's spring, so you don't need those sweaters anymore.

Flowers

When you think of Easter, you think of spring. When you think of spring, you think of flowers. But they shouldn't be boring standard bouquets. You can best buy loose flowers in cool colors and really give them attention. Or do something extra with flowers. Hang them up, stick branches against the wall, or distribute them in small vases across the table. So be creative with it. The same story goes for the vases. You can also be creative with them. Decorate them with a little tape and give the bottom a color with spray paint. Do. Something.

Easter branches

Sounds really like the most standard story, but you can really make Easter branches very fun. Kids naturally love to craft paper eggs themselves, but you can also jazz up those branches a bit with pom-pom balls. Or spray them in a nice white color and hang cheerful decorations or pictures in them.

Easter tables

You really don't have to make the table cozy only with skipping breakfast coziness. You can also keep the table cozy all day long. Create a kind of atmospheric scenes. For example, put all kinds of nice cozy things under a cloche or place beautifully decorated eggs (chocolate is of course hugely allowed) in a bowl. I can only not guarantee that the bowl or cloche will remain intact for the rest of the day if you choose chocolate...
