THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE GILMORE GIRLS

Luke's Diner is my regular coffee stop and I'm going to Chilton because I want to, must, and will go to Harvard. On Friday nights, I eat something chic at the table with Emily and Richard. So I visit my friends in Stars Hollow, Lorelai and Rory, every day (binge-watching series ). A long time ago, I had a crush on Dean (and sometimes on Jess), but now I see the advantages of Mister Medina. You too? Then you absolutely want to know this about the Gilmore Girls.
– Paris (in real life Liza Weil, but to me, she will always be Paris) auditioned for the role of Rory. Just imagine: Lorelai drinking coffee with Paris at Luke's. Nope, we don't see him. But luckily, one of the creators saw Paris as Paris and there she was.

– There’s a theory buzzing around the editorial office. I'm not saying it's true, but it's buzzing, right, it's buzzing. If the hints are true, then this is a huge spoiler alert. You've been warned. But if something is buzzing, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. And that's clue number one in the trailer for the new season. Lorelai had absurd cravings for apples when she was pregnant with Rory. And what does she eat? AN APPLE. Add to that the text on her shirt ‘I’m with human’ and we make Lorelai pregnant where she stands.
– Drella, you know, that harpist you would love to knock out with her own harp, was cast for the role of Sookie. In real life, Drella (better known as Alex Borstein) is married to Sookie's husband Jackson.
– Keiko Agena, that young whippersnapper Lane, was twenty-seven when she played Rory's best friend. Something about aging well. And her character is also based on a real person.
– Alexis Bledel stumbled over some Spanish words with Emily and Richard's housekeeper, but she kept you on the Argentine-Mexican hook. In the series, Rory speaks the toot-toot, but in real life, Alexis’ mother tongue is Spanish. No hablo m’n… right.

– Did you see Lorelai and Rory without coffee? Then you weren't watching the Gilmore Girls. They were your coffee-sisters-in-crime. But Alexis and Lauren got such an overload of coffee that nine out of ten times they were sneaking water into the mugs. I don't know about you, but my life is one big lie.
– And the thousands of kilos of greasy food that the Gilmore Girls stuffed down? It was too good to be true because all that deliciousness regularly ended up in a spit bucket. Lauren Graham herself revealed this on The Today Show. Such a shame because they were our hope in thin-junkfood times.
Still 6 seasons and 3 episodes to go until the new season. Wish me luck.
