Body & Mind
This way you can view this rainy weekend from a sunny side

Because it is actually very nice to exercise in the rain. Maybe not the first thing you think of, but you can move much more and more enjoyably. There is a lot of oxygen in the air, so you can keep it up much longer. And there are even more reasons to put on your gym shoes when it's pouring from the sky:
- You feel great because you are a tough one for enduring the rain. A pat on the back for you.
- The street is quiet because everyone prefers to stay indoors or wants to seek shelter. Wonderful, all the space for yourself.
- You run or train harder than usual because you want to get home quickly. A good workout then.
- The feeling afterward is amazing. Coming home soaking wet, a warm shower, and putting on your comfy clothes, then you are a happy person. Count on it.
Oh yes, and here are a few tips to make it as comfortable as possible.
- Wear shorts instead of long pants. Wet bare legs are much less bad than wet pants.
- Put on a very thin running jacket, waterproof, but one that breathes, otherwise you'll sweat like crazy.
- Don’t wear cotton, it gets soaking wet.
- Waterproof shoes, walking with soaking wet feet is not pleasant and you quickly get aches and blisters.
- By the way, if you've just bought a new pair of running shoes, you can expect them to get pretty dirty in the rain.
- A cap is always nice too.
