WHY WE ALL SHOULD
THE GINGER
Some people don't find it appealing, but I love it. I prefer to add a bit of fresh ginger to everything. In my dinner, in muesli, smoothies, tea: just to name a few. And luckily, I'm a fan because ginger is really good for you. I'm going to tell you why, so I hope that after reading this piece, you'll always grab a piece of ginger while grocery shopping.
– Ginger helps against nausea and calms your stomach.
– This also means that your bloated stomach will disappear (if you ever suffer from that). Ginger aids in good and quick digestion.
– You sleep well on it. Brew a cup of chamomile tea with fresh ginger and a drop of honey, and you'll fall asleep easily.
– Sore throat, bladder infection, or another ailment? Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, so a cup of ginger tea is definitely worth a try.
