2 H&M items in the Louvre

When you think of H&M, you might not immediately think of a piece that is preserved for so long that it ends up in a retrospective exhibition at the Louvre. But it has happened. With two items even. A piece by Karl Lagerfeld from the collection he designed for H&M years ago and a piece from the recent Conscious Collection. H&M has a good entry at the museum because they sponsor the exhibition, but let's be honest; these pieces are so beautiful that we couldn't and wouldn't want to forget them.

On Tuesday evening, the exhibition ‘Fashion Forward 3 siècles de mode’ (three centuries of fashion) was opened at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs of the Louvre. Right, where I was about a week ago to admire the Conscious Collection from H&M.

Of course, the fashion royalty of Paris came strolling in to admire the 300 crown jewels. Jean Paul Gaultier, Caroline de Maigret (who is therefore at the top of the list I want to have, stronger: who is set aside for me at H&M), Marie-Ange Casta and Julia Restoin Roitfeld.

Of course, you have to go to Paris and take a look at this exhibition that will be on display until August (and then you should make this round), but for now, here are some nice snapshots from the party.
