21 simple things that make you healthy and happy

Happiness and health are sometimes found in very small things. I sometimes catch myself sighing quite a bit. And my surroundings notice this too. But I genuinely find it nice and relieving. What turns out? Sighing is really not being dramatic or attention-seeking. It's actually very healthy. Think of it as a sort of reset for your respiratory system.
