BREAKFAST YOU SLIM

How we got onto the subject I will spare you, but suddenly it was there: the poop conversation. Well guys, we can all shout that we don't do that, but nothing is more human than that. It was softly whispered on the right that this person visits the toilet for number 2 at most once a day, but certainly not at work. The person behind me sometimes goes a whole week without it on vacation. With wide eyes and almost with an open mouth, I was looked at when I said that it happens to me easily twice a day. And if your diet is varied, then that is completely normal.

Are you having trouble with your bowel movements and are you at your wit's end? These fine breakfasts get your metabolism going and help improve the condition of your gut flora. And that's what you want to lose weight, right?

Bircher with pear and cinnamon

30 grams of oatmeal
1 pear
3 tbsp low-fat quark
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cardamom
pinch of salt

  1. Peel the pear and cut it into pieces.
  2. Put a pan with a small layer of water on medium heat. Add the pear, cinnamon, and cardamom.
  3. Let it simmer gently until the pear becomes soft.
  4. In a bowl, mix the warm pear with a small pinch of salt and the oatmeal.
  5. Put the bowl in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. The next morning, mix the mixture with the quark and top it with some extra cinnamon and possibly a bit of maple syrup.

1 banana
1/4 avocado
1/4 zucchini
200 ml almond milk
