3X HEALTHY ICE CREAM

With this weather, we want ice cream. But also a bikini body. And that doesn't go together; you know it, I know it. So we want healthy ice cream. And that is possible. Get your shopping list out and prepare the containers. These three ice cream recipes will help you through the summer with a bikini body. 

Quarter past six. With a sigh, I turn off my alarm clock. Why am I doing this again? And how can half an hour in the morning make such a difference?

1. Creamy raspberry ice cream (2 servings)

- 1 avocado

– box of frozen raspberries

– splash of agave syrup or honey

– juice of half a lime
1. Put the ripe avocado in the blender.

2. While mixing, add the frozen raspberries.

3. Finally, add the lime juice and sweetener and mix everything well.

4. Scoop the ice cream into bowls with an ice cream scoop.

2. Vanilla cream ice cream

– 2 frozen bananas

– 3 to 4 tbsp coconut cream

– 1 vanilla pod

– maple syrup
Topping

– 5 dates

– hot water

– 1 tsp cinnamon

– splash of almond milk
1. Soak the dates in boiling water.

2. Then put the dates in the blender, along with a pinch of cinnamon and a bit of salt.

3. Add a splash of almond milk and blend until you get a smooth sauce.

4. Put all the ingredients for the ice cream in the blender.

5. Blend for a maximum of one minute until all ingredients are mixed together.

6. Top your ice cream with the caramel sauce.

3. Yogurt-mango ice cream

– 250 grams Greek yogurt

– 100 grams frozen banana

– 150 grams frozen mango

– 2 tablespoons honey

– coconut flakes
1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend for a maximum of one minute.

2. The longer you blend the ice cream, the thinner the texture becomes.

3. Optionally top with extra coconut flakes.
