5 minute makeup routine for the airplane

Nothing sounds as chill as boarding the plane with a bare face. Especially during a long flight. Shoes off, sleep mask on, and some cream to combat the dry air. Sounds good, right?

And okay, maybe the complete out of bed look is too much for you, but there are also ways to arrive stunning at that sunny destination without spending half an hour in the bathroom applying, smearing, and rolling. So it's time for the shortcut makeup routine. Timer set for five minutes? And START!

Step 1: the basics

Sitting in the airplane with a half-melting foundation face is, eh, not sexy. But stepping into that seat looking like a ghostly creep? A bit less. Instead of a liquid foundation, opt for a foundation powder. Saves time and looks nice and natural. Concealer? Well, you can skip that for the sake of speed.

Step 2: your cheeks + lips

Two birds with one stone? Go for a cream blush for a fresh look and also apply a little on your lips. It immediately looks like you put in some effort and saves space in your makeup bag. What am I saying? Four birds.

Step 3: your eyes + eyebrows

No mascara. Two words, nine letters. We're talking about a 5-minute look here, remember? My answer: Solligne. A brand new brand, inspired by pure Scandinavian culture. They have eyelash and eyebrow dye in various colors, and look, if you do that the day before you board the plane, you won't have to think about it anymore. Ideal. Still have ten seconds left? Then curl those (dyed) lashes right away.
