7x why Brigitte Macron is so great
We have to miss Michele (the one from Obama). How wonderful it is that we now have Brigitte Macron in our lives. A first lady with the brains of a professor (because that's what she is) and the looks of a rock star. Or a fashion magazine editor, that could have been possible too.
- Brigitte is the sixth child (yes, she was once the youngest) of the Trogneux family. They had a chocolate shop in Amiens and were already the fifth generation. Brigitte must have nibbled on the goods, but of course as a Frenchwoman, so sharing, sharing, sharing.
- Brigitte, like Gabrielle Chanel, loves a good sunbeam. Hence: the sun-kissed skin. A bit tanned, but we forgive her for that. She shows that she doesn't shy away from a glass, the sun, and undoubtedly a strong Gauloise from time to time.
- She has the body of an athlete. Or a top model. In any case, très Parisienne.
- Her style is delightful. A skinny fit for the slender legs, a stylishly looser jacket over it, and a designer bag on her arm et voilà: nothing more to add.
- She is unconventional in love. It must not have been easy to leave her family with three children for a man who is 24 years younger. Who gave her the guarantee that he would remain interested all those years? But love was greater. They married ten years ago. He was 29, she was 54.
- She has two beautiful daughters, Laurence and Tiphaine, a son Sébastien, and seven grandchildren.
- She knows her place, but is not too modest. On her (fresh, only eight posts) Instagram account, it proudly states Première Dame de France 2017-2022.
Madame Macron, we are looking forward to it.
