Shall I top off the list with the most cheapass eyeliner that is just the best in the world? Just from HEMA. Believe me, I've tried almost everything from the luxury brands, and despite the fact that those bottles are often a lot cooler, this remains my favorite eyeliner. It's a liquid pot with a thin brush and works like a CHARM. They almost give it away for free too.
