It's beautiful and sophisticated dark blue with a nice glass where you can let it rest and in which it then immediately charges via induction.
2. Handy for traveling
It has a very nice travel case in which you can take two extra brushes and with which you can easily charge it. At the bottom of the case is a cord that you can connect to your mobile charger, and voilà.
3. It has so many functions
Do you just want clean mode or prefer deep clean, do you want to care for your gums or do you want to clean your tongue? For every wish, the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart has a separate mode. Furthermore, you can also indicate at what strength you would like that.
4. Connection and brush head
You receive your toothbrush with three brushes and a scraper to clean your tongue. As soon as you click the brush onto the DiamondClean Smart, the brush knows what your wish is and adjusts its ‘brushing program’ accordingly. You chose the whitening brush, so it selects the whitening program.
5. Replacement warning
When your brush head needs replacing, your toothbrush gives you a signal. It can feel that.
6. Other warnings
If you press too hard, move too much; your toothbrush gives you a signal. It gives a small vibrating sound and the bottom of the brush briefly turns red.
7. The app, the app
Download the free app, turn on your Bluetooth, and your toothbrush guides you through your brushing session. Through the Bluetooth connection, it sees exactly where you have and haven't been. The areas that could be better, you can redo. This way, you see that you are brushing for three minutes and that your teeth are ultra-clean and your gums super healthy.
8. The tongue scraper
This sounds a bit raw, but there is a nice scraper included with which you can make your tongue clean and healthy in twenty seconds. Goodbye bad breath, if you even had that, of course.
9. The extra tips
The app gives you tips to maintain your teeth and gums even better. It alerts you that you should also clean well between your teeth and that you should use mouthwash to protect your teeth from cavities.
