It is my honor to give away a nice prize before we roll into Christmas. You better make sure you are the lucky one because this is what you want: a dinner for two with everything included at one of the newest gems in the city. Located on the top floor of Hudson's Bay, namely at Ron Blaauw's newborn: Nacarat. You settle down under the starry sky while the table in front of you is filled with all the Lebanese delicacies that the chefs prepared just seconds before. Silky smooth hummus, crispy fresh pita, creamy baba ganoush, and refreshing tzatziki like you've never tasted before. And I haven't even mentioned the dishes that are conjured up from the pots and pans. How about pumpkin with cardamom, yogurt, cashews, and coriander, roasted beets with manouri cheese, hazelnuts, and za'atar? Or scampi köfte with sesame and mint, and not to forget traditional shakshuka with smoked labneh and olives? Okay enough, are you already hungry? I'll make sure the wine is chilled.
