Blanc Bleu used to be a larger chain with a branch in Paris but that has been taken over by Escales. Nice too, don’t get me wrong, but the heart, that is Blanc Bleu. There you will find the most beautiful marinières, the perfect light blue, the coolest pants, and the best cable knit sweaters. Not cheap, but with a bit of luck, you’ll get coffee and a gift from the house. And every time you wear it, you’re back at the Place de Lices, and that is worth its weight in gold.
