By the way, am I the only one who didn't know that Doutzen has a mini role in this too?! She looked great in that amazonsuit. And then the real Wonder Woman, Gal Gadot; instant girl crush. Hallelujah, she is incredibly beautiful and brilliantly cast for this role. And also a bad ass, because it turns out she was five months pregnant during filming and still did quite a few stunts herself.

The salary she received for her role as Diana has also been revealed since yesterday. $300,000 is the amount she earned from the film. What has not been counted here yet are all the bonuses she gets once Wonder Woman hits certain box office benchmarks. And believe me: those bonuses will definitely come when you see how successful the film is in America; the debut alone brought in $103.1 million.

Salaries in Hollywood remain tricky. Male actors still earn more than female actors and just yesterday there was another dispute indicating that Gal needs to make sure she negotiates better about her contract, because co-Justice League superhero Henry Cavill (a.k.a. Superman) received 14 million for his role. False alarm in this case, guys. Henry also started with $300,000 and the rest he received were the bonuses from the film's success, The Hollywood Reporter has reported. So it turns out that if you are an actor without a box office track record, your salary starts with six figures plus the bonuses from the success. So let's hope Gal's counter also jumps pretty high. And uh, it is already a box office record, so in case there is a sequel, I think Gal will be just fine.
