EASY GRANOLA BARS WITH BOLLETJE

Collaboration

So you thought you could only use granola to stir into your yogurt? Of course not. Recently, I shared an intensely delicious smoothie bowl with you that just gets a little better with a layer of Bolletje Oven-Baked Crunchy Breakfast Cereals. But did you know that these Crunchy Breakfast Cereals from Bolletje contain 70% less sugar than other varieties? So you are making a very responsible choice. And with these breakfast cereals, you can also make the tastiest granola bars. And as the cherry on top (or the honey on the granola bar): they are super easy to make. So make a double batch, because your colleagues are guaranteed to look at you lovingly when these beauties are displayed on your desk.

1. Soak the dates in hot water for an hour.

2. In the meantime, roughly chop the nuts with a knife.

3. Blend the dates finely in a blender.

4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix everything well together and knead into a large ball.

5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough ball on it.

6. Flatten the mixture with the rounded side of a spoon and make sure everything is pressed down well and evenly.

7. Refrigerate for at least an hour to let it set.

8. Cut into 10 equal bars and store the bars in the refrigerator or freezer.
