Even about the participants of Who is the Mole?…

HAAAAA, in case you missed it, the participants of Who is the Mole? are known and this year's candidates are delightful to the power of two. And perhaps even cooler: we had the scoop a few months ago (here's proof) of Jan Versteegh and Olcay Gulsen already, thanks to an inspector gadget reader who spotted the two together at Schiphol including a film crew. Moments like these make me love life.

Who, what, when? Mark January 6th with a big cross in your calendar, because then we can go wild again. Good lordy lord, I am so freaking excited about this program. You should know: besides Expedition Robinson, WIDM is my favorite hour of lounging on the couch. For months I can speculate about who will participate next season, but now I don't have to anymore, my friends. If you've been living under a rock this weekend (or don't know half of the people); I'll catch you up with a few keywords. Much easier.

1. Jan Versteegh

Come on, you know Jan. Handsome guy. Presenter. Active at BNN. Fresh dad with a golden voice. #NowTheFunniestCandidate.

2. Bella Hay

Bella who? Singer. Party organizer. Musician. DJ. My pony-sistah in crime. Daughter of Golden Earring singer Barry Hay. Shined on the cover of our magazine.

3. Olcay Gulsen

Fashion designer. Owner of clothing brand Supertrash. Ex-girlfriend of Edgar Davids. Regularly seen at RTL Boulevard. Not shy with her words. A bit too hysterical for the mole, I think.

4. Stine Jensen

Philosopher. Danish nationality. Columnist for NRC Handelsblad. Smart. Writes (children's) books. Prediction? Can go far with analytical skills.

5. Loes Haverkort

Actress. Grew up in Wierden. Drama academy Maastricht. Cell Block H, Soldier of Orange, Rendez-vous and Pak van mijn hart. Mole? Meh.

6. Simone Weimans

News presenter NOS. Studied communication sciences at the University of Amsterdam. Studied alongside Rik van de Westelaken, who won the final in 2015.

7. Jean-Marc van Tol

Illustrator. Comic artist. Cartoonist. The name might not ring a bell, but then I say Fokke & Sukke and then you say ‘Ohhh yes.’ Brilliant guy. Mole-alert.

8. Ruben Hein

Singer and pianist. Hottie. Jazz. Discography: five own albums. Seen as a house artist in Linda's Summer Week where he covers songs of BN'ers for the guests.

9. Emilio Guzman

Stand-up comedian and cabaret artist. Yes, the younger brother of cabaret artist Javier Guzman. Already the most fun. Social butterfly for the group.

10. Ron Boszhard

TV presenter. Was secretly already predicted by the general public. And revealed himself during the Televizier Ring Gala. Brother of Carlo. Makes children's TV like Zappsport and Bommetje.

Alright, are we somewhat caught up? Shall we now stop with the whole ‘who are all these people?’? I'm going underground for a moment to mentally prepare for a smashing season. Now. Already. Excited. For. January 6th. Yay!
