Dear Loiza

Have you heard about Loiza? I'm getting a Yfke -experience. After her accident with a jet ski that left her in a coma, I got that question from three sides at once. Even though it's an open question, your gut knows that the answer is not: ‘she's getting married’. No. This is serious.

Loiza Lamers, winner of Holland’s Next Top Model 2015 and the first transgender (though we won't discuss that further, but now you know who I mean) has suffered a stroke. She had a blood clot in her brain and is in the hospital in Arnhem.

Loiza has managed to overcome many difficulties in her life and showed a rare bravery during Holland's Next Top Model this time. She has the strength to counter setbacks and bounce back. Now I hope for the best doctors so we can see Loiza back as her radiant self soon. I'm lighting a candle. What am I saying; two.
