For the sweet tooth

Nice, that new flavor of Tony’s that Simoon talked about yesterday, but I also have great news for everyone with a sweet tooth, especially if you live near Utrecht (Kiek, are you reading along?). Starting next Thursday, the new shop of our friends from Sugarlips Cakes will open, and yes, if you have held the title of best wedding cake specialist for two years, then you are simply dealing with the best bakery in the country.

So just a simple calculation: best bakery in the country = of course a lot of orders, so a lot of space needed. The new building has no less than 135 square meters, and best of all: they now have an in-house shop where you can buy cakes and other sweet snacks. Carrot cakes, real red velvet (I mean, if an American makes it, it’s just even better – owner Tammy is from California), chocolate, coconut, lemon meringue… Everything that makes your sweet little heart happy.
