Bye bye burn-out, forever happy to go to work
Being young and get a burnout having a burn-out, you hear it more and more often. Something with a workload that is now so incredibly high that it is hardly possible to prevent it. Until now, because there is a company that claims to be able to prevent it. The start-up company Healthy Workers is working on developing an app and sensors that can be installed in companies to measure what the staff thinks about their work environment and company culture.
Founder Boy Lokhoff explains that they will analyze once they have enough data and then look at what is and isn't good for work performance and the health of the staff. Think of things like air purification in office buildings; these kinds of things are often forgotten, which harms the health of the staff. Anyway, such an analysis from Healthy Workers helps to clarify what needs to be changed within a company to ensure that the number of burn-outs decreases (and preferably does not occur anymore, of course) and that people go to work happily again. ‘That may sound very ambitious, but it is certainly possible with the right technology.’ The equipment will also ensure that staff do not become overworked.
In short: a win-win situation for both employees and employers. Bye bye burn-outs.
