Better a rich partner than good sex

This is what Dutch singles are looking for

If you now think that we singles are quite superficial; no worries, one in five women prefers a guy with an attractive bank account over a pleasant sex life. Fortunately, research conducted by dating site Parship shows that love is still more important than money.

What they did is present about 1500 singles with money dilemmas to see what people choose first in life. Love or money, good sex or money and someone who looks like one of these men or money. Want to know how much Dutch singles value money?

Love or money

I just said it, fortunately, we (88% of the participants) prefer love over a partner with a hefty bank account. One in ten respondents preferred that hefty bank account, and it was mainly men who would go for the money (14%) compared to 10% of the women.

Rich or handsome

Alright, you've met your prince charming (or wifey for lifey); for men, money plays a less significant role than for women. Almost a third of women indicated they would prefer a rich man over a handsome one. And the percentage of men who prefer money over looks is less than 10%. About 91% prefer arm candy over a lady with a lot of numbers linked to her bank account.

Wealth or sex

83% of singles find a good sex life priceless, but there is still one in five women who would prefer a rich partner than all this.

Love or a nice job

It's nice that most singles really choose love over money, but when the choice is presented between love or a nice job, 32% of women would rather go for a nice job than a nice guy. Ha, clear enough, I belong to that 32% too, because I have the nicest job you can imagine.
Still searching for your great love? Don't worry too much. These are all the loves you can have in your life before you meet The One.
