Salade in een glas

This time I wasn't the only one who jumped for joy when the delivery service arrived with a huge box. Sender: our friends from Philips. A slow juicer. “I want that too,” shouted May enthusiastically from the kitchen. Yes friends, I did it. I have infected May with my virus. Nowadays we are not only Fitbit buddies, but also gym buddies and our coffee chats are about greens and protein shakes. And as the icing on the cake, the plates of raw vegetables and hummus at four o'clock make way for freshly tapped juices from the brand new Philips Slow Juicer. May and I can't live without it anymore. Now it's your turn!

For two ‘salads in a glass’

1/2 cucumber
1/2 fennel
1/2 head of iceberg lettuce
1/2 green bell pepper
1 ripe pear
1 crisp sweet apple

1. Put all the ingredients in your slow juicer. Keep some slices of cucumber and the greens of your fennel aside for decorating your glass.
2. Divide the juice between two glasses and garnish with the cucumber and fennel. Enjoy!
