Life can be so simple, right? Because although alcoholic drinks often make you a bit wobbly; some glasses could actually be beneficial for your sex life. No, you don't have to try everything and drink yourself silly: we know what you should pour. Saves you a nasty hangover.
Here it comes: a recent study from the University of Florence shows that, yes, RED WINE can be a great aperitif if you decide to throw a party in bed. No falling into a coma after a few sips, come on, pull out those cowgirl moves and after that, sleeping can come later.
But, be careful: don't drink more than two glasses. According to scientists, people who drink exactly two glasses of red pleasure in a day have a higher libido than average. For men, the drink increases testosterone, and for women, our erogenous zones are stimulated more. Still not convinced? Red wine not only leads to more sex but also to more explosive fireworks. It all has to do with a special substance: quercetin. Your breasts and your intimate parts down under become much more sensitive, and well, you don't need much more for a hallelujah moment.
Are you already feeling thirsty? Remember that this only applies to red wine – so other alcoholic treats are really better left on the bar if you still want to play Mrs. Casanova with your flame. Beer, vodka, or white wine: those won't do the trick (unfortunately). Clearly the color of love, that you need.
