Simone’s sweet saturday

Chocolate chip cookie XXL toffee sauce

Sometimes happiness can be so simple. In the form of a cookie, a COOKIE. Cookie, yes. With chocolate, ice cream, and caramel sauce (maybe a pinch of coarse sea salt?). For tonight to spoon together with your eating friends or to share with your loved one on the couch between the candles and in front of the fireplace. Make sure to share it, otherwise you’ll get a stomach ache. We don’t want that. Have a nice weekend, girlfriends, and bon appétit.

Chocolate chip cookie XXL with ice cream, caramel sauce, and pieces of chocolate (to share)

  • 85 grams of butter
  • 135 grams of brown sugar
  • 55 grams of white caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • seeds from 1 vanilla pod
  • 150 grams of flour
  • pinch of baking soda
  • 25 grams of cocoa powder
  • 50 grams of milk chocolate, chopped
  • 50 grams of white chocolate, chopped
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate, chopped
  • ice cream, homemade caramel sauce, and extra coarsely chopped chocolate
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  2. Put the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, and cocoa powder in a food processor and beat until you get a smooth mixture.
  3. Take a round baking or springform pan lined with baking paper and press the dough into the shape.
  4. Spread the chocolate over the dough and press it in slightly with your fingers.
  5. Bake your cookie for about 15 minutes. Your cookie can still be soft in the middle.
  6. Place your mega cookie on a wooden board or nice plate.
  7. Top your cookie with ice cream, caramel sauce, and extra chocolate.
  8. Don’t eat it all by yourself.
