Summer house, garden, and kitchen cocktails

Do you know that feeling? You're sitting comfortably on your little balcony, sun on your face, a book at hand, and the only thing that's really missing is a nice summer drink. And you make me the happiest with a good glass (or bottle) of Chardonnay, but a little cocktail goes down just fine too. But especially not too sweet and not too complicated. These cocktails are easy peasy to make at home and also irresistibly delicious.

Prosecco royal
3 cl crème de cassis
10 cl prosecco
a bit of lemon juice
a raspberry, a few blueberries, or a cherry for garnish

Pour the crème de cassis into a flute and add the prosecco and lemon juice. Garnish with fruit of your choice.

Limoncello-tonic
3.5 cl Villa Massa Limoncello
12 cl tonic
ice cubes

The new gin and tonic. Fresh and so delicious. Fill a large wine glass with ice and add the tonic and limoncello.

Negroni
30 ml gin
30 ml Campari
30 ml red, sweet vermouth
ice cubes
orange peel for garnish

Put the gin, Campari, and vermouth in a glass with ice cubes and garnish with the orange peel.

Fresh with gin
3 slices of cucumber
1 sprig of mint
20 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
40 ml gin
ice cubes
Sparkling water

Combine the gin, cucumber, and leaves from one sprig of mint with some lime juice and ice cubes in a glass. Finish with sparkling water.

The old-school screwdriver
30 ml vodka
120 ml fresh juice
ice cubes

Put the vodka and fresh juice in a glass with plenty of ice. C’est ça. Dangerously delicious.

Pimm’s Cup (for a large bowl, because that's how you make it)
2 dl Pimm’s
6 dl ginger ale
slices of cucumber
half an orange, sliced
half a lemon, sliced
small bunch of fresh mint
optionally some fresh strawberries, halved

In England, you find this dangerously delicious drink standard on the menu. The best part is to serve this drink in a large bowl with a ladle in it and a stack of glasses next to it. Scoop and uh, get tipsy.
