Yes, friends, it's time to make some space on your bookshelf again. Or rather, on mine. I better look for a bigger house or something. Or a man with a house, I find that the most fun, you understand. After my SLA detox days a while ago, I decided to incorporate a vegan day a few times a week. Let that work out nicely, because in the coming weeks, no less than four brand new vegan editions will be released. If you do your shopping at the organic market, I'll make sure to have a nice plant-based recipe ready for next week. Or are you coming over for dinner? I'll chill the rosé.
1. Angela Liddon – Oh She Glows Every Day
This is already the second book by Angela Liddon, and the very first that has been translated into Dutch. Do you find it difficult to go a day without fish, meat, and dairy? But hey, that's a sign that I've had it in my hands often. You understand that my heart skipped a beat when I heard that a sequel was coming to my favorite. I can't wait to turn the book into a second showcase piece.

3. Ella Mills – Deliciously Ella with Friends
Another gem. Ella has also been on my shelf twice now. Not only because she has the prettiest images in her books, but especially because all her recipes are just delicious. In her latest book, Ella quickly puts delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes on the table for her friends and family. Whether it's a relaxed brunch, a last-minute lunch, or a spontaneous dinner; Ella provides insanely tasty and nutritious recipes that also look festive.
4. Anjula Devi – Spice for Life
