The Sex Positions ABC part 1

Is the routine starting to take its toll between you and your loved one? Then it's high time for some new tricks. And by tricks, we of course mean new sex positions. LotteLust presents: the Sex Positions ABC. Next Friday we will come out with part 2, until then plenty to try out, I say.

Amazon

For the dominant ladies and fit girls among us, this is the perfect position. It goes like this: the man lies on his back with his legs in the air and his knees bent. The woman sits on him in a squat position. If you find it difficult to maintain this, support yourself on your knees. Let him keep his legs as close to his chest as possible, so you have room to squat up and down.

Belly Slider

A bit of a silly name, but definitely worth trying. Here's how to do it: your lover lies flat on his back on the bed and you sit on him. Bend forward as far as you can and slide over him, but make sure to stay as low as possible. Give this position a romantic twist by looking deeply into each other's eyes while you're at it.

Cowgirl

The favorite of many men: girl on top, or cowgirl. He lies on the bed and you sit on him, with your legs on either side of his body. Move your hips back and forth and tighten your buttocks while doing so. Difficult? Read here 5 tips to get better at this position.

Doggy style

One of the most well-known and popular positions in bed. Get on your hands and knees, on the bed or on the couch. Lift your buttocks slightly, so your lover can easily enter you.

E-leg-trifying

He will love this sex position because of the amazing view of your sexy body (but whether all women agree with this…). Here's how to do it: lie on your back on the bed, your head just over the edge and let him hold your legs in the air. Bonus: if you help him keep your legs up, he can use his hands to stroke your sweet spots.

Firefly

For the yoga girls among us, this is a well-known position, but did you know you can also do this in bed? He lies on the bed and you sit on him, with your back to him. Support yourself with your hands on the bed (next to his legs) and squat deep. Your thighs rest on the back of your arms. Push your knees against your shoulders, stretch one leg out and then the other leg, lower your hips and try to stretch your legs completely.

Golden Mountains

This breast position is a treat for him. Lie on your lover and make sure you are slightly higher than he is. He has his legs wide and you press your legs together. Like a plank, you lie on him, with your breasts hanging above his face. Tease him by lowering a bit and ‘dipping’ your boobies in his mouth.

Hips Up

(Italian style)

A nice crazy position should not be missing from this list. Italian style goes like this: the man puts his penis in the woman's armpit and then starts thrusting. To each their own, right?

Joystick Joyride

In this sex position, you as a woman have all the control. Let your lover lie on his back with his arms over his head. Sit on top of him with your legs bent forward while supporting yourself on your hands behind you. Make up-and-down movements and try to rotate your hips in ‘eights’.

Frog

Doggy style with a twist. Get on your haunches and lift your buttocks up. Support yourself with your hands on the ground, your feet flat on the ground. Your lover is behind you on his knees and enters you. Once you've found the right height, he can penetrate you extra deep. If it doesn't feel good, spread your legs a bit wider or bring them a bit closer together.

Lap Dance

Loving couples go for this intimate position. Here's how you do it: let him sit on the bed cross-legged. Now you sit on him facing him. You are in charge and determine the rhythm and movement. You can move up and down or from front to back.

Missionary

The good old missionary! Romantic and the most popular position among us Dutchies. You lie on the bed or on the couch and he dives on top of you. You can look into each other's eyes, cuddle and/or kiss intensely. Also try 5x the missionary, but then spicier.
