At three o'clock is what you want

Cancel your meeting, we are not going for coffee and you need to get out of that office space towards the bedroom very quickly. Science says that the ideal time to have a little dirty fun is at three o'clock in the afternoon. And that definitely makes the day a lot nicer than a soup at four or a little walk. Be honest.

How does it work? For us women, cortisol levels peak gigantic around three o'clock. Men are at that exact moment quite high in their estrogen, and that makes them emotionally more present during sex. That's nice in itself. And all those hormones together, oh dear, that makes sex fiery. Says science, you know.

Now that I see it all, it's also immediately clear why falling in love at work or a fling in the copy room happens so quickly. At three o'clock in the afternoon, hormones are raging under, uh, around the desks. Off to home then and happy humping. Or just take a breath of fresh air, if you can't press the button, to cool down.
