In 12 weeks smart

A message appeared in my inbox with the poetic words: good health does not begin in the gym, but in your head. I find that poetic because everything I don't have to sweat over in a gym feels like art. It was about the book Mindgym, which should be the gym for your mind. I'm not really into self-help books, but this sounded logical and actually quite fun.

On the back cover was a vaguely familiar face; I apparently knew Wouter de Jong from a shady past when I still watched GTST (and he was in it). Let me quote a line from page 1: “If you have one foot in the future and the other foot in the past, you are urinating on the present.” Ha-ha-ha. I'm starting right now and trying to have more focus, calm, and energy in 12 weeks, which means you're actually just working smarter and it becomes automatic. At least, that's my logic. The book is now in the online shop, so just join in. I have zero discipline, so I could use your help with this self-help book. But I also seem to be able to train that, keep you posted.
