Hotspot alert

Hey buddy. Time for the Monday morning circle talk. Had a nice weekend? I did, and how. Look, the restaurant freak (I eat out more often than I cook at home you should know) has discovered something I need to share with you. As a food addict, it's my duty. Amsterdam has a new Instagrammable hotspot: The Commons. You can have breakfast, lunch, but if you ask me, you should go there for dinner. The menu is full of shared dining plates, cocktails, and desserts that will blow your mind. What should you get when you're there? The roasted butternut squash with gorgonzola. It's insane. The sourdough pizza slice with goat cheese and onion jam: surprisingly delicious. My heart genuinely skipped a few beats with the Indonesian beef rendang and the roasted cauliflower from the Balkans. But then. HOLY MOLY… The crack pie (I had to laugh a bit at the name) epic chocolate brownie (was also epic) and finally: the Tony’s Chocolonely fondue. Yes, that's a dessert. I'm not joking, it really exists. A chocolate fondue to share with marshmallows, berries, and brownie bites, and it really tastes like Tony’s. You understand: I've been spoiled again. If I go to the gym tonight, I'll probably sweat out Tony’s from my pores. But it was all worth it. If you're looking for me next weekend, I'll be devouring desserts at The Commons (Wibautstraat 131), cheers!

P.S. Only tell one friend, okay, because otherwise that Tony’s fondue might be gone. I mean it!
