Damn good news for all Narcos fans
Ask me what the best series ever made are and the list rolls right out. Breaking Bad, The Handmaid's Tale, Homeland, Narcos... Also hooked on the latter? The story of the rise of the cocaine trade in Colombia and the subsequent hunt for drug boss Pablo Escobar? Then this is your day.
Indeed, the series Narcos: Mexico is getting a sequel. Netflix has a second season of the drug drama in store. That same season would ei-gen-ally be the fourth season of Narcos, but with Narcos: Mexico, the makers have decided to make an entirely standalone series, also set in the 1980s. This time, not all the shit breaks out around the drug trade in Colombia, but - the name says it all - Mexico. I'm telling you, this is going to be enjoyable again. Andne, can we at least agree on one thing, Netflix? That that intro song never but NEVER changes? Legendary, this shit.
Anyway, still looking for a new gem to indulge in these dark binge-watch days? Here you go.
