Dré is moving and buying a villa worth a million in this village

Singer André and his Monique Westenberg are going to do it big. Is there a family expansion on the way?

It certainly seems that way, as the two are in the process of buying a gigantic villa. The house costs nearly 1.1 million euros, so let's be honest; there are plenty of children's rooms for that price. Where are they moving to? To the so-called Berkel en Rodenrijs. You might not know it, but it's not far from Rotterdam.

What do they get for this money? A wine climate cabinet, to start somewhere. A master bedroom with a walk-in closet. For all of Monique's clothes, yes. A bathroom with a jacuzzi and sauna. An immense garden including a veranda. Plenty of space for little André, who is almost two years old.

Dré grew up in Vinkeveen but moved to Roffa for his great love. He likes it there. ‘People are just as down-to-earth, they're friendly. Hard workers, heart on their sleeve. I'm doing well here,’ he admitted. They are happy with their new place. Especially because there is plenty of space. ‘We also have dogs, they need space too.’ By the way, there is no mortgage on the house. Good business, André. Actually, we are just quite proud of you, that you can do this for your love and son.

Because isn't that the most beautiful thing there is, to have a real home together? You deserve it, even with number two on the way. And we always want to have a beer on that veranda, you know.
