It's the question I've been pondering all week. Who is... the new presenter of ‘Who is the Mole?’? Now that Art is switching to RTL the most coveted job is up for grabs. Who is being mentioned in the corridors as a successor?

Rik van de Westelaken

Rumour has it that former candidate Rik has a good chance. Hmm, I wouldn't actually find that a crazy choice at all. As an NOS newsreader, Rik also has the mysterious vibe and authority that is needed. And am I reading that his contract (after two lean years) is about to expire at both SBS and Net5? Journalism is diving into it and Rik is not available for comment. Hmm, suspicious.

Jan Versteegh

Of course, we all want that after his brilliant performance this year and it would be freaking brilliant, hysterical, moltastic. But unfortunately, we can write that off hard, because Jan cheerfully refers us to his ongoing contract with BNNVARA until 2019. Bummer.

Ellie Lust

Ether discipline El! What do I hear now? Did you raise your hand? Well, damn. ‘Who is the Mole?’ by a woman. Why not? You can finally explain to the candidates how it really works with that ether discipline. And, you're already with AVROTROS, right? I foresee a match.
