How convenient: pasta sauce that you don't have to cook
In the category of least favorite activities at twenty-five degrees: cooking. With a hot head over the stove trying to whip up something culinary, you just don't want to. That's why we present you with pasta sauces that require no fire, you only need to cook the pasta. That at least is a plus.
Pasta is definitely a favorite meal when something quick needs to be put on the table after a busy day. A carbonara or aglio e olio is ready in the time it takes to cook the pasta. Even less effort are these pasta sauces that you don't even need to cook.
Pesto
Pasta pesto can be so much more than just stirring that ready-made pesto into your pasta. When you make your own pesto, you proudly serve this dish to your guests. And come on, if you're really lazy, you can take something out of a container, but it better be from a good store.
Tomato and almond
Remove the seeds and cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Stir in chopped almonds, finely chopped garlic, and a splash of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and let it sit for at least half an hour, but preferably a few hours. The freshness of the garlic and tomatoes makes this the ideal summer pasta. Serve with Parmesan cheese and possibly fresh basil.
Herbs and lemon
Basil, parsley, or tarragon; all soft herbs are suitable for a quick pasta with lemon. Put the herbs (possibly a mixture) with lemon juice and a good amount of Parmesan in a large bowl. Stir the pasta into the mixture immediately after draining until all the cheese has melted. Season with pepper or possibly dried chili flakes.
Carrot and hazelnut
By putting carrot and hazelnut with cheese and garlic in the food processor, you also make a kind of pesto. Super easy and a great way to increase your vegetable intake.
