Largest removal alert ever from Netflix

Attention. Don't be alarmed. Don't fall off your office chair directly onto your face, but cancel everything you have planned for the time being. Scratch that agenda. Because... Netflix is removing everything.

Well, not everything. But 11 fantastic series, indeed. And soon. On September 8th, it's happening. Many, many favorites will disappear. A black day, honestly. We're almost screaming about it here. No... NOT Modern Family! NOT Homeland! Not... It's too much at once.

Also Sons of Anarchy, Prison Break, How I Met Your Mother, New Girl, Lie to Me, The Unit, and White Collar have to go. They are all leaving Netflix one by one. For good, probably. Why? These titles have been on Netflix since its launch in the Netherlands. That was exactly five years ago in September, and that can't be a coincidence. Netflix probably has licenses to broadcast these wonderful series for only five years. Last year, The Walking Dead and Dexter also disappeared because of this.

So, alarm bells ringing, canceling drinks and dinners, and hop, onto that couch. Until September 8th, you do nothing but binge. We will too. We're starting now on those six seasons of Homeland. For real.
