Kiki Düren

Currently the only jeans found in Kiki's closet, and she scored them at Zara. The jacket is from Daylliance and the super cute statement T-shirt is from Gesponnen Suiker. The items that are essential in everyone's closet, and when you wear them, you can never go wrong. Besides photographing this delicious ensemble, I also fired three questions at her. Here they come:

Sneakers or heels?

‘I must confess that I unknowingly keep adding more sneakers to my shoe closet. But if I have to choose, I still find heels the most beautiful. Even if it's just for the push-up effect for the backside.’

Best fashion tip you received from your mother?

‘Do not let yourself go at the moment you feel a bit ‘meh’. When I was nervous as hell for my final exam, my mother gave me the most beautiful high heels. Normally, I would have walked into that exam room feeling insecure, but with that lip gloss, cute shirt, and those huge heels, I suddenly felt like I could take on the world. They always say that when you feel good inside, it radiates outside, but the other way around works exactly the same for me.’

What do you wear when no one is around you?

‘A plush leopard bathrobe. You won't get any more embarrassing than this.’
