Does IPL really work?

Never having to take a razor with you on vacation again. Never again cuts on your leg. Never again stubble under your armpits. Sounds like heaven? Well, it does to me. Who has it? May. She no longer shaves or waxes. She doesn't need to, since the Philips Lumea came into her life. Result? Silky soft legs and armpits. Of course, I was curious and had questions. In fact, I was quite skeptical beforehand because does this really work? And how does it all work?
