Spectacle on Tuesday

You couldn't have missed it on your Instagram Stories. Yesterday, Kate Moss and Nikkie Plessen their party at the AFAS Live Theater was like the profiterole pyramid with festive fireworks at your Christmas dinner.

I was already in complete amazement when opening the invite. The lineup consisted of André Hazes jr, Lil Kleine, Ronnie Flex, Ali B, Glennis Grace, and company. But Kate and Nikkie had even more excitement waiting behind the scenes.

Okay, okay, okay, first the entrance. There were VIPs and ‘regular’ people, the category I clearly belong to. While Edwin Smulders was taking pictures of Natasja Froger, Johnny de Mol and Albert Verlinde, the room filled up with NIKKIE mannequins. Everyone adhered to the dress code.

On a lit N-shaped catwalk, Caro Daur and Kate herself paraded in the latest collection. From leopard skirts, oversized sweaters, and printed T-shirts to sparkly Christmas dresses with ruffles on the sleeves; it all passed by.

I had a good standing spot and unconsciously held my breath for three seconds when Kate walked by. 44 years old and so beautiful. No signs of aging. Exactly the same face as in the Rimmel commercial.

Anyway, there were over-the-knee boots with rhinestones, an open bar, there was Anna Nooshin, Monica Geuze, the rest of influencer land, and a lot of press who didn't want to miss this absurdly well-organized concert.

You have definitely swiped through snippets of this concert, but as the cherry on the applesauce, you can also watch the entire show on television. December 31 around 10:00 PM on RTL5.
